Terms and Conditions

         All deposits are non-refundable. No-Shows or cancellation within seven days, we reserve the right to charge you in full for the first night, and two thirds of the total for the rest of your reservation. 

         Check-in is any time after 2.00pm. If you are going to be later than 6.00pm, we would be grateful if you could let us know. Check-out is by 10.30am.

  The person making the original booking is responsible for any costs or damages incurred by their party. Making a booking is regarded as acceptance of these conditions.

         Smoking; - the entire hotel is non-smoking. Our new alarm system is very sensitive, and will be set off by cigarette smoke.Tampering with the sensors will also set off the alarm. Anyone smoking will be asked to leave immediately, pay their bill in full, and will incur a supplemental cleaning charge of £50. Please ensure that everyone in your party is aware of this.
