The hotel lobby, dining room, lounge and bar are reached by four steps, two of approximately 5 inches (13cm), and two of approximately 7 inches (18cm).

There are no public toilets on the ground floor.

The first guest bedroom and the public toilets are on the first floor, reached by a flight of 12 stairs, each approximately 7 inches (18cm). The stairs are 31 inches (79cm) wide.

A further five bedrooms are accessed by a half-landing and five steps, each approximately 7 inches (18cm).

The remaining six bedrooms are up another flight of stairs, consisting of eleven steps approximately 7 inches (18cm), followed by a half-landing and five steps, each also 7 inches (18cm).
